What information the site handles, for what reasons, for how long and how you can exercise your rights.
The site does not ask for personal data. Technical details like IP address and browser type are processed to run and protect it, and Google Analytics measures visits, kept for 14 months. BYTX LTDA, in Brazil, is the controller. You can request access, correction or deletion at contato@bytx.com.br.
Short version: we do not ask you for personal data, and this notice explains the technical data that is processed anyway. The responsible company runs the site from Brazil and follows the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), together with the privacy rules of the visitor's own country when they apply.
There are no accounts, comments or purchases on NBN Casinos. It is a reading site.

What gets recorded
No forms collect your identity. Like every website, ours has servers that log technical facts needed to deliver pages and fight abuse: IP address, browser, operating system, time and the page requested. If you send us an email, we use its contents to answer you.
Why we use it, and on what basis
To keep pages available and safe, block attacks, watch speed and reply to messages. The legal basis is our legitimate interest and, for emails, handling your request.
Analytics and cookies in detail
Google Analytics (GA4) tells us which pages people read, the country they come from, the device they use and how they found us. It sets analytics cookies and collects a shortened IP address, browser data and page views. Counting visits does not hinge on a cookie banner. Our basis is a legitimate interest in improving the site, and a notice is displayed. A click on an operator link is logged as an anonymous event. Advertising and profiling cookies are not used. Analytics records are deleted after 14 months. You can switch measurement off in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on. Cloudflare may set strictly technical cookies that protect the site against automated traffic.
Do we share it?
We neither sell nor rent personal data. Hosting and security providers process technical data for us. Operators' websites, once you click through, apply their own policies, so read those before you share anything.
Servers abroad and how long data stays
Because the publisher is in Brazil and service providers can use servers in other countries, technical data may be handled outside Canada. We keep it only for the purposes above and for periods the law requires.
What you can ask us to do
You can ask whether we process data about you, request access, correction, anonymization or deletion, object to the processing and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Canadian law, including PIPEDA and Quebec's privacy legislation, may give you more, such as access and correction rights. Email contato@bytx.com.br.
